Is QR Menu Maker really free?

Yes. You can build a menu, publish it, download QR codes and receive orders without paying or creating an account. The site owner may change this later, but the tool shows no hidden limits or watermarks.

Do I need to sign up or log in?

No. Your restaurant is saved on this website and protected by a private key kept in your browser. Download a JSON backup from the Menu tab if you want to move to another device.

Will my QR code stop working if I edit the menu?

No. The QR code points to your permanent menu link. Edit prices, photos and items at any time and the same printed QR code always shows the latest menu.

Can customers order and pay?

Customers can build a cart and send the order to your kitchen display or to your WhatsApp. Online payment is not included: you take payment the way you normally do.

How do WhatsApp orders work?

The guest taps the WhatsApp button and WhatsApp opens with the full order already written. They press send. You get the message on your own phone.

What is the kitchen display?

A live board of incoming orders (New, Preparing, Ready) for a tablet or screen in the kitchen. It has its own private link, so kitchen staff never need your owner key.

Can I use it in more than one language?

Yes. Every category and item can have an English and an Urdu name and description, and guests switch language on the menu.

Can I print table QR codes?

Yes. Enter the number of tables and print a sheet with one QR code per table, or download all of them as a ZIP of PNG images. Orders show the table number.

What image formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG and WebP. Photos are resized in your browser before upload so the menu loads fast on mobile data.

Is customer data safe?

Orders contain only what the guest types (optional name and phone). The restaurant owner can read them and they are deleted automatically after the retention period set by the site owner.

Which devices does it work on?

Any modern phone, tablet or computer browser. Guests do not need to install an app to read the menu.

Can I move my menu to another restaurant account?

Export the menu as JSON and import it into another restaurant. Photos stay linked to their web address.
